Multi-purpose waterborne paint from NOROO's eco brand Soon&Soo. Special acrylic emulsion applied primer-free to concrete, gypsum board, wood, wallpaper and light-duty steel. Korea Eco-Label no. 23898 and HB Mark HB2443F21-01. Stated as dramatically reduced VOC with no heavy metals. Coverage 14.0 m²/L, recoat 3 h, water dilution ≤10%.
